WHAT IS CROPSPHERE?
The sixth annual CropSphere is a two-day event that takes place during Crop Week in Saskatoon. CropSphere is brought to you in partnership by Saskatchewan Barley Development Commission, Saskatchewan Canola Development Commission, Saskatchewan Flax Development Commission, Saskatchewan Oat Development Commission, Saskatchewan Pulse Growers, and Saskatchewan Wheat Development Commission.
CAN I ATTEND ONE SESSION OR A FEW SESSIONS?
You are able to register for the entire two-day conference or just one of the days.
IS THERE A CHARGE TO ATTEND AN AGM?
There is no charge to attend commodity organization’s AGMs. However if you plan to attend an AGM without registering for CropSphere, please check in at the CropSphere registration desk on your way in to receive a pass to attend the AGM.
ARE CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS AVAILABLE FOR ATTENDING CROPSPHERE?
There will be approved CEUs for the Certified Crop Advisor Program through the American Society of Agronomy. Certified Crop Science Consultant (CCSC) credits will also be available. Sessions that qualify for CEUs will have sign up forms available in the sessions. We will provide a listing of the CEUs assigned to each session.
HOW CAN I REGISTER A GROUP FOR CROPSPHERE 2020?
The instructions for registering a group will be made available when registrations open.
ARE REGISTRATION FEES REFUNDABLE?
Registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another attendee. Please contact Katelyn Cholowski at email@example.com to discuss transfer arrangements.
WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
The CropSphere team has negotiated discounted rates for event attendees at a variety of hotels in Saskatoon, with a range of rates.
All reservations should be made directly with the host hotels for the events through the links or phone numbers provided on our website. No outside party is involved with booking the reservations.

WHERE DO I PARK?
TCU Place is surrounded by 2,000 parking spaces. Across the street is Midtown Parking, a pay parking lot, which also has heated underground parking for those cold winter days. Across from Midtown is another pay parking lot. To the immediate West of the facility is another large parking lot that can be accessed off Idylwyld Drive. Surrounding the facility is metered Street Parking including two 4-hour handicap parking spots during the day and five additional handicap parking spots after 6:00pm, all located directly in front if the building.
Prairieland Park has a large parking lot and will provide a regular parking lot shuttle service to get you from your car to the door of Prairieland Park.

Regular registration: $250.00

Late / onsite registration (if space available) after January 9: $275.00
Single-day registration: $200.00
DO I GET A REDUCED RATE IF I ONLY WANT TO ATTEND ONE SESSION OR A FEW SESSIONS?
A one-day registration option is available online and will be available at the door if space allows.
LETTERS OF INVITATION TO CANADA
Our registration policy does not allow us to write letters of invitation to the conference for international attendees. We will not be assisting individuals trying to enter Canada to attend this conference.
