John McFadyen is the Executive Director of Mobile Crisis Services Inc. John graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1974 with a Fine Arts Degree majoring in psychology and sociology.
John started his career in 1974 with the Ministry of Social Services working in the Saskatchewan Assistance Plan and Child and Family Services. He started employment as a Crisis Worker in 1979, as a Team Leader in 1988, as the Assistant Director in 2012 and as the Director in 2014 to present with Mobile Crisis Services Inc. John was directly involved with the transfer and development of program services for the Farm Stress Line in 2012 from the Ministry of Agriculture.
He was exposed to farming at an early age as grandparents were homesteader’s in Asquith, Saskatchewan. And during later years with in-laws that farmed in Holdfast, Southey and Cupar.
